Returns Policy:
De Lavish is committed to selling only high-quality products but we understand there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought. (Make your own words). We will willingly refund within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original packaging. We will not pay for the return postage cost of the item.
Items can be returned within 30 days of Purchase as long as they are in original condition, including label & original packaging.
Please note that Returns will be accepted due to Manufacturing Fault. Inspection may be required before they are considered as faulty. After receiving the item If you find any Manufacturing fault with it, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item & Items must be returned in its original condition within 5 working days. Please ensure you mention your full address on the package for speedy processing. Returns without enough information might be delayed in processing.
