Exchange Returns:
We will willingly refund or offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original packaging. We will not pay for the return postage cost of the item in case of an exchange, the customer needs to pay its return cost. We will send exchange item upon receiving the return item. Faulty or Damage or Wrong delivered Items Returns: We will require photographic proof of damage or faulty items. In case of damage, faulty, wrong delivered items, De Lavish will provide return postage cost or return label to the customer. De Lavish will provide return label of any reputable courier companies in the UK and the customer requirements to drop the unwanted item, we will process the refund once we receive the product.
